Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. or at least the bike designers. The GLP is an ugly bike but Lapierre really nailed this race ebike. 10 times World Champion Nicolas Vouilloz had a lot to do with developing the GLP2 and race it in 2020 winning 2 stages of the EWS_E.
I love the idea of placing the battery right above the bottom bracket giving it a low and central centre of gravity. Rolling on 170-160mm of suspension travel, Bosch Gen3 85Nm motor and the smaller 500Wh battery is perfect to keep the weight down.
